Control and risks
Analytical control
Signs that are visible only when looking at all sources at once.
Prevention mechanisms are in the accounting system. Here is the analytical part: two independent registers give a natural reconciliation that is not available from inside accounting. A triggered sign is a reason for a check, not an accusation.
Included in the “Business” edition and higherCompare editions

What is inside
- A user’s share of reversing transactions above average
- Backdated transactions before period closing
- A payment to a new counterparty created by the same user on the same day
- Amounts just under the second confirmation threshold
- Discrepancy between the bank statement and posted transactions
- Discrepancy between the projection register and the data source
Frequently asked questions
Does a triggered detector mean a violation?
No. It is a reason for a check. The check result is recorded in the trigger record, and the review history stays in the system.
Does anything need to be configured for the detectors to work?
No. Detectors work on register and source data. A check can be run manually for a selected period.
